1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must not be damaged or used by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures or video proof of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Card).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
